Key responsibilities for the Senior O2C & Distribution Specialist:

  • Oversee Order to Cash and distribution operations from the outsourced regional Distribution Centres
  • Support Customer Order operations across all affiliates and third-party distributors
  • Work with internal teams to improve service delivery and optimise processes
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GDP, and SOPs related to O2C and distribution
  • Act as the point of escalation for customer order issues
  • Manage SAP transactions and inventory reconciliation
  • Coordinate import/export shipments, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
Ideal profile for the Senior O2C & Distribution Specialist:
  • Proven experience in a pharmaceutical or bio-tech environment, especially in O2C and Customer Distribution
  • Strong SAP experience
  • Familiarity with GDP and relevant regulatory requirements for customer distribution
  • Fluent in English, with French or Spanish as very desirable (but not essential)
