The business generates revenues exceeding $300 million and employs a workforce of close to 4,000 employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and grow the internal audit function. You will also work closely with the Global Director of Financial Control, CFO, and CEO, while formally reporting to the Audit Committee.

Role Overview:
As Assistant Group Controller, you will report directly to the Global Head of Finance, acting as a strategic partner and driving financial performance across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities include:
EMEA Recruitment is working with our client, an international industrial manufacturer, in its search for an experienced Financial IT Project Lead to help drive process improvements and system upgrades.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the CFO to streamline financial operations, lead ERP enhancements, and implement new tools to optimize reporting and analysis.
This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to lead the transition to IFS Cloud while ensuring efficient financial processes across a multinational organization.
Your duties as the Finance IT Project Lead:
Review and redesign financial processes to improve automation and efficiency
Lead the finance subproject for the IFS Cloud upgrade, acting as the key system expert
Enhance reporting tools and develop analytical models for better cost and profit control
Manage integrations between key financial systems
Create and maintain clear financial policies, procedures, and manuals
Develop training programs to ensure team proficiency in financial tools
About You:
You have several years of experience in financial systems or process improvement roles
Strong expertise in IFS (ERP), with Cloud experience being a plus
You are proficient in financial tools
Exceptional project management
