Key responsibilities of the Head of Finance:

• Lead the finance team, ensuring accurate monthly and annual financial closings
• Responsible for both local and international compliance of accounting standards
• Manage treasury operations, ensuring a constant oversight of cash flow and maintaining a strong relationship with banking
• Continuous relationship building with external advisors to manage tax declarations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, including variance analysis
• Monitor and manage balance sheet performance frequently.
• Manage financial processes, ensuring compliance and aligning with group standards throughout
• Review and execution of integrating new entities into the current financial systems and processes

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control
• Experience: 7-10 years in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, with international exposure preferred
• Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, accounting standards (Dutch GAAP and IFRS), and ERP systems. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English and Dutch languages

Responsibilities of the FP&A Lead:

• Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review to the Global EVP, specifically for the Europe Division
• Oversee the monthly performance management cycle, including business forecasting, actual performance analysis, and reporting for Europe
• Liaise with divisions, business partners, the Supply Chain, market representatives and US headquarters on various business issues
• Aid Senior Leadership in strategic review meetings, business planning, and monthly financial assessments
• Design and improve management reports to enhance business decision-making. Serve as the go-to expert for systems and management reporting for European finance stakeholders, advancing standardization and automation efforts

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in planning, forecasting, controlling and financial management reporting within a multi-national company
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
• Strong skills in Excel modeling
• Experience Hyperion Planning/EPM or similar tools is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Strategy: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving improvements in financial reporting.
• M&A Reporting & Transaction Support: Provide insightful M&A reporting, supporting transaction activity, and helping to drive financial performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Prepare and deliver presentations to investors and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of financial insights and recommendations.
• Business Insights & Modeling: Develop advanced financial models to analyse cashflow, working capital, and business performance, contributing to strategic business decisions.

• Experience: A background in FP&A or business controlling, ideally with experience in a multinational environment or consulting (e.g., Big 4).
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, analysis, and M&A reporting capabilities. Proven experience presenting at senior levels with excellent communication skills.
