Key responsibilities of the Finance Director:

Coordinate the financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Director of Finance, Finance Manager, or similar leadership role
- Master’s degree (MA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial operations and best practice

Hands-on experience with MS Office and SAP, with advanced Excel skills

Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Continuous relationship building with external advisors to manage tax declarations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, including variance analysis
- Monitor and manage balance sheet performance frequently.

- Review and execution of integrating new entities into the current financial systems and processes
Profile Sought:
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control
- Experience: 7-10 years in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, with international exposure preferred
- Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, accounting standards (Dutch GAAP and IFRS), and ERP systems. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English and Dutch languages
