As the Finance Business Partner, you will support the Head of CUNE with financial and commercial tasks and manage day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities of Finance Business Partner:

  • Support senior leadership in financial reporting, forecasts and strategic planning
  • Analyse and present financial insights on cost, profitability and efficiency
  • Directly manage two Financial Controllers and ensure wider finance team alignment with regional goals
  • Serve as a board member for the relevant legal entities within CUNE
  • Lead finance projects including the TOM project (Target Operating Model)
  • Streamline finance operations to improve transparency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, SOX and reporting standards across 10 countries
Experience required:
  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (Masters preferred)
  • Demonstrated 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the UK and Netherlands’ markets
  • People management experience
  • Background in agriculture or agrochemical industry is advantageous
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written (fluent Dutch would also be a plus)
