Sasha is an Associate Director in our Procurement & Supply Chain recruitment division in Switzerland and has previous experience in people-facing and interactive roles.
She joined EMEA Recruitment in November 2020 and was quickly promoted three times due to her personable approach and skilled ability to understand both candidate and client motives and pain points.
As a result, and due to her skills in placing operations jobs and procurement jobs in Switzerland, Sasha is the first member of our recruitment team to progress from Associate Consultant to Associate Director at EMEA Recruitment.
She revels in making a positive difference in people’s lives and finding them a tailored career in a company that shares the same values.
Sasha also enjoys building relationships across the Procurement & Supply Chain function, learning about different business cultures, and hearing about candidates’ personal and professional lives.
Observing a growing trend in sustainability roles and innovative and pioneering businesses, Sasha is excited to learn more and continue her own personal and professional development in this sector.
She is the Wellbeing Ambassador of our ESG committee, championing a better world and workplace.
