As the Managing Director of EMEA Recruitment, Rich manages and develops team members while leading strategy efforts across our international recruitment business.

Rich ensures a people-first approach across all divisions at EMEA, with a focus on Finance & Accountancy, Human Resources, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Operations recruitment across Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Nordics, and the wider EMEA region.

With over two decades of experience in professional services recruitment across the US and Europe, Rich’s blend of skills has been pivotal in driving the sustained growth of EMEA Recruitment. We aim to provide each candidate and client with the best recruitment experience of their career.

Before joining EMEA Recruitment, Rich was a Director at a leading multi-national professional services recruitment firm.

Richard’s Interests

Rich has an interest in WWII history, enjoys travelling and playing golf.

He also likes to stay fit to keep up with his son and supports the local community as Chair of Governors at his local school.
