Mike is a Director at EMEA Recruitment. In 2025, following the consistent demand for Technology and Transformation recruitment services in Switzerland, Mike shifted his focus to expand our division to meet the ever-increasing needs of our network.

He has a keen interest in technology and transformation and utilises his broad knowledge to advise organisations on resources required to effectively deliver change and efficiencies.

Previously, Mike was an integral part of our Finance & Accounting recruitment division in Switzerland for over five years, where he built strong and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. 

Mike enjoys learning about people, their goals and motivations, and figuring out how to assist in their success.

When it comes to understanding clients, he can grasp the long-term strategic goals of an organisation with ease and deliver quality over quantity.

Mike’s Interests

Mike’s main interest currently revolves around building his family home, which he shares with his wife and two children.

His other interests include competitive boxing, which he has been taking part in since he was 16, travelling, cooking, and his cat.
