Before joining EMEA, Melaina specialised in recruiting for HR roles spanning entry to executive level within the UK public sector. Her BA Honours Degree in HR Management enables her to leverage her academic insights and practical knowledge to identify and attract the best candidates for our international clients.

Melaina’s candidate-focused approach allows her to build strong relationships, understand career journeys, and successfully match candidates to their aspiring roles.

Melaina likes travelling and has started to travel more frequently. Her recent destinations include Amsterdam, Prague, Rhodes and Barcelona.

She also describes herself as a huge foodie who thoroughly enjoys tasting and cooking various cuisines. 

Additionally, if there is a highly recommended action or thriller series available on TV, Melaina likes to tune in.

Her other interests include attending festivals/concerts and exploring the outdoors in the sunshine.
