Responsibilities of the FP&A Senior Financial Analyst:

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international company, a leader in customs and trade solutions, that is looking for an Invoicing Specialist to join the new Hub in Warsaw.

The Invoicing Specialist (Italian market) will responsible for issuing client invoices for customs clearance services, ensuring accurate billing of customs declaration fees.

This role also involves reviewing and validating any additional costs incurred by the company to ensure they are correctly recharged to and reimbursed by the client.


Key Responsibilities of the Invoicing Specialist:
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients for customs brokerage services, ensuring correct application of tariffs and service fees
  • Verify and reconcile costs associated with customs operations, ensuring all billable expenses are properly accounted for
  • Review ancillary costs incurred by the company and ensure their correct allocation and invoicing to clients
  • Create and maintain tariff codes masterdata in the operational system
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing

Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good level of English (at least B2)
