EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organisation who are seeking an experienced HR Applications Specialist to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.
 
In this role you will be a key player in optimizing and innovating their local HR systems, processes and Payroll. Reporting to the System & Solutions Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth HR system experience for the business.

I am looking for someone who is not only passionate about optimizing and innovating local HR systems, processes and Payroll but also possesses a keen eye for efficiency and excel at problem solving.

Responsibilities of HR Applications Specialist:
  • Lead functional improvements for multiple HR systems and payroll
  • Proactively manage incidents, tickets, and upgrades.
  • Act as an intermediary between business needs and Global HR System teams and manage vendors
  • Lead technical projects, including HR system implementations.
  • Optimizing and streamlining the Payroll workflow and system
Experience Required:
  • Relevant experience in technical  HR systems
  • Higher vocational/academic degree
  • Excellent Knowledge of Dutch labour law
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI, and interfaces
  • Experience with internal and external stakeholders
  • Keen eye for efficiency
  • Fluent in English

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with an international oil and gas business in its search for a French-speaking HR Specialist to join its team in the Amsterdam area.

The HR Specialist will be the link between internal teams - HR, Accounting, Purchasing, and Operations. You\'ll monitor HR costs and the integration of management control missions whilst bringing insight into the company\'s various business segments. 

Your responsibilities as the HR Specialist:
  • Invoicing/processing invoices
  • Analysis and monthly monitoring of costs
  • Carrying out closing acts with finance or other departments (according to needs)
  • Understanding HR calculations/charges
  • Setting up cost monitoring reports
  • Collaborate with financial controlling, operations, and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Management Control, or any equivalent training
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Cost Controller
  • Good foundation in Excel/database management, comfortable with figures, understanding accounting
  • Knowledge of Finance tools such as SAP
