In this role you will be responsible for operational and technical activities, providing system support for HR technology processes and the intermediate between business and Global HR systems team. You will be key to ensuring smooth functioning processes and driving improvements in the system.
 

I am looking for someone who has actual technical knowledge and experience of/with HR systems.

Responsibilities of HRIS Specialist:
  • Provides professional system and user support
  • Coordinates incidents and changes related to local HR systems
  • Be the intermediate between the business and Global HR System teams
  • Masterdata reporting involving others in order to deliver correct results.
  • Supports the business in using dashboards in their daily operation.
  • Connects with peers within the organization for personal knowledge development in reporting & analytics.
  • Coordinates in projects providing technical expertise of the local learning systems and support local L&D teams in projects/changes
  • Stakeholder management supporting local L&D teams/external
Experience Required:
  • Higher vocational/academic degree
  • 2 - 4 years experience within a similar role
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: e.g. actual technical knowledge and experience of/with HR systems.
  • Experience with learning processes, project management/Agile skills, service management.
  • Systems knowledge SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI and interfaces
  • Fluent in English Dutch would be advantageous
  • Analytical skills

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organisation seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its HR team in Amsterdam.

As part of the HR team within the Payroll unit, you\'ll perform the processing of payroll, taxes, time and attendance, reporting and record-keeping for the Netherlands.

You\'ll also coordinate payroll vendors and authorities in France and Germany, with possible expansion to other countries.

Responsibilities of Payroll Specialist:
  • Perform daily payroll department operations
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Reconcile multi-state payroll before transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Understand proper taxation of employer-paid benefits
  • Time and attendance processing and interface with payroll
  • Prepare and process all necessary documentation and reporting for yearly 401K, payroll and audits
  • Process workflow items through the HRIS system

Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist
  • Great organisational skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated accountability and urgency, facing issues positively and flexibly to deliver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Payroll and HRIS systems (Exact HR Salarisgemak & SuccessFactors is preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Fluent Dutch and English is essential

You will be an integral part of the Global Mobility Team providing proactive advice, guidance and insights to the organization and stakeholders on matters relating to international assignments, including but not limited to global mobility policies, processes, and requirements.
