 Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dutch Rewards
  • Good knowledge of benchmarking and experience with job grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology
  • Experience with working in an international environment
  • Experience with a production environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
