Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Prepare and review financial statements, bookkeeping, cash flow, and monthly client reporting under Dutch GAAP and US GAAP
• Oversee tax compliance (CIT & VAT returns), statutory audits, and client-specific accounting requests
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, coaching and supporting colleagues as/when needed

Skills and Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in Audit or Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years experience in managing/coaching a small  finance team
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance (e.g.. Accounting, Business Economics, Business Administration)

• Financial Accounting: Manage third-party property accounting, process invoices, maintain cash books, and perform reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, intercompany)

Experience and Skills:
