Keely is the Manager of our Human Resources recruitment team in Switzerland. She joined EMEA Recruitment in November 2021, following a career working directly with HR professionals from a technical systems aspect.

Using a proactive approach, Keely actively listens to her candidates and clients to understand their requirements, which is credited in her LinkedIn testimonials from candidates she has placed in HR jobs in Switzerland. She always follows up and checks in to address any needs or concerns.

Your Responsibilities as the HR Generalist:
  • Coordinate the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and on-boarding to off-boarding, ensuring adherence to protocols and seamless communication across departments
  • Provide support to managers in employee relations matters, assisting with issue resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Assist with payroll processes, including monthly submissions and year-end requirements, to ensure accurate and timely payments

We are urgently seeking a Global Rewards Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting a global workforce of 150,000 employees, based in Zug. 

Reporting to the Head Global of Rewards, you will collaborate with a team of experts and play a crucial role in compensation reviews, benchmarking, job architecture, and stakeholder engagement across the company\'s global assets, marketing, and corporate functions.

This is a global role where you will be dealing with the company\'s top 500 employees, supporting Executive Remuneration and all other aspects of Global Reward. 

Key Responsibilities of the Global Rewards Specialist:

  • Conduct global compensation reviews and benchmarking
  • Manage and complete STI, LTIs and other cash-related initiatives 
  • Develop and manage job architectures
  • Preparing presentations for managers and senior stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Use Excel and Workday HCM to support HR processes


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years of experience in rewards, compensation, or related fields (seniority is flexible)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Workday HCM
  • Proven ability to manage rewards processes in a global context
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to handle a heavy workload
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
