Kate loves to keep fit, regularly enjoying CrossFit and its community aspects.

She also enjoys travelling and tries to travel as much as possible, having visited places such as Bali, Vietnam, Italy, Portugal, France, and Iceland. Kate previously lived in France for five years, spending the winters managing a nightclub in a French ski resort, and she loves to ski and snowboard.

She regularly spends time with a brilliant group of friends and is very close to her family. Kate adores her five-year-old apricot Cockapoo named Lola. Lola is her constant companion, accompanying her everywhere, and over the years, Kate has trained her to be the best pub dog!

Cooking is another activity she enjoys, using it as a form of therapy by mellowing out with music and cooking up a storm.

Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
  • Building strong relationships with the business managers and country leads
  • Management of succession planning, talent mapping, and employee development initiatives
  • ER case management
  • Updating HR policies and ensuring HR processes are fit for purpose
Experience required:
  • Fluency in English and ideally an additional language of French or Dutch – but not mandatory
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Based in Belgium with the ability to travel every now and again
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, engaging, professional, and commercial
  • International labor law experience - ideally with Belgium and Luxembourg knowledge

Responsibilities of the Works Council Business Partner:
  • Build and manage strong relationships with both senior leaders (including the strategic VP for the country) and work council members

  • Coach and upskill managers and leaders on employment legislation and best practice

Experience required:
  • Experience operating in a similar position – focusing on employment law, work council relationships, and business partnering

Responsibilities of Business Optimisation Project Manager:

This is not a role where everything is necessarily in place. You will be responsible for setting up certain ways of working, prioritising tasks, and following direction from US guidelines to execute the required projects.

You\'ll also build strong and key relationships with business leaders to ensure full understanding of needs and support throughout each process.
