John leads our recruitment divisions in Switzerland. Our teams work with a wide variety of multi-national businesses across many different sectors. Most recently, the team has also been working hard to source top talent to support multi-national businesses creating their headquarters in Switzerland.

John is a specialist recruiter, overseeing our Finance & Accountancy, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations recruitment teams. 

With over 16 years’ experience within technical recruitment, John demonstrates continued success, with middle to executive level appointments for global organisations across all industry sectors.

John specialises in providing a consultative approach with his clients, to bring the very best matches – in both technical and soft skills – to achieve a long-term result. He is focused on delivering the highest quality of service to both clients and candidates in his assignments.

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a multinational business in their search for a Signal Integrity Engineer to drive product development from concept to testing and manufacturing.

We are looking for a driven professional with expertise in high-speed data transmission and signal integrity to undertake the responsibility of ensuring optimal signal performance in product design.

You will be part of an exciting business committed to developing and manufacturing innovative, tailored products across a wide range of sectors, from pharmaceuticals to robotics.

Key responsibilities of the Signal Integrity Engineer:

  • Lead product development for bespoke customer projects, ensuring optimal signal integrity
  • Utilize numerical modeling and simulation tools to test and validate designs
  • Collaborate with universities and research bodies to identify and integrate new technologies
  • Support the design, characterization, and validation of interconnects, including HDMI, PCI, SPE, USB, and DisplayPort
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize signal strength and performance

Required skills/experience:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2-5+ years’ experience in a Research & Development environment, ideally in high-speed data transmission
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity principles and testing methodologies
  • Experience with numerical modeling tools such as CST, Comsol, and HFSS
  • Familiarity with wave propagation and testing tools like VNAs, TDR, and high-speed oscilloscopes
  • Fluency in English; French is an advantage

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturing company in its search for a Process Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

This role is based near Vicenza with flexibility on home base. Our global client offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Process Engineer:
  • Support the industrialization of new or modified processes ideally experienced with Vacuum processes, collaborating with R&D, Production, and Quality Control
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and manage trials to define standard machine parameters
  • Analyze waste and non-conformities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Scout for new technical solutions, supporting the implementation and validation of new equipment
  • Collaborate with Safety, Production, QC, and Maintenance teams to improve processes

Requirements for the Process Engineer:

  • Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing environments
