The Contract Manufacturing Lead 
will work on new product introductions, launch market strategies and ensure all Supply Chain processes are in harmony with the wider business demands.


This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Main responsibilities of Contract Manufacturing Lead: 
  • Manage the relationships with CMOs on an end-to-end basis, scheduling the manufacturing, placing production orders & owning subsequent follow-ups
  • Identify improvement opportunities within the Supply Chain to confront issues that could impact KPIs and OTIF
  • Provide expertise in the management of CMOs & External Manufacturing
  • Have Strong GMP knowledge and process understanding in the production area
  • Be comfortable in a change/growth environment where you will be required to add value across the Supply Chain and wider business functions
     
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills with previous experience within a Supply Chain environment
  • 3-5 years working experience in an international environment with a detailed understanding of Supply Chain Management & Logistics knowledge
  • Educated to Degree level - ideally in a Business, Supply Chain or Logistics discipline
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English & German preferred
