His other interests include hiking, travelling, photography and swimming.

As the Supply & Production Planning Manager, you\'ll take on various responsibilities, including ongoing projects while owning Supply & Production planning within the EMEA region.

The main responsibilities of the Supply & Production Planning Manager include: 
  • Owning Supply & Production planning across international manufacturing sites
  • Plan production orders based on capacity and material availability, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Coordinate scheduling and capacity resource planning in collaboration with the production team for the EMEA sites
  • Develop and support the implementation of projects and production strategies in alignment with the company\'s strategic targets
  • Own the Supply Planning process design across departments in line with SAP & OCM planning technology tools
     
Candidate Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain or related planning qualifications (APICS)
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply & Production planning
  • Proficient in SAP and specialist planning/production planning tools
  • Ability to influence and communicate at Stakeholder level

As Regenerative Agriculture Senior Manager of Sustainability you\'ll be covering both direct materials sustainability initiatives and engagement programs with suppliers, play a pivotal role in development and implementation of sustainable agriculture supplier programs. These efforts will support the company commitments related to raw materials, with a special focus on agricultural materials and the reduction of carbon footprint from raw materials such as sugar, rice, barley.

This role is based in Zug, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:
  • With budget responsibility, you will develop and implement a comprehensive decarbonization roadmap for raw materials aligned with the company’s short and long-term strategies and objectives
  • Work closely with raw materials suppliers, Procurement teams to identify emerging trends of regenerative agriculture, best practices for sustainable farming
  • You’ll collaborate with suppliers to drive improved engagement of farmers and support building their capabilities & technical knowledge of sustainable, regenerative agriculture
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure CO2e abatement from raw materials and track progress. Prepare the acceleration plan if needed

Requirements: 
  • 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain within companies that use agricultural goods
  • Deep technical expertise of raw materials production (from farm to fork) sustainability, especially the impact from regenerative agriculture practices into CO2 emissions reduction
  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or similar industry
  • Ability to engage and influence within a complex business environment
