Your Responsibilities as the Accounting Manager:

• Provide advice on Accounting and Tax (and some Payroll)
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Swiss entities
• VAT, tax returns, and financial accounting
• Other professional mandates required by the client

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in fiduciary or auditing
• Working knowledge of Swiss Tax, Finance, and Accounting
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English & German

In this role, you’ll work closely with the CFO to streamline financial operations, lead ERP enhancements, and implement new tools to optimize reporting and analysis.

This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to lead the transition to IFS Cloud while ensuring efficient financial processes across a multinational organization.

Your duties as the Finance IT Project Lead:

• Review and redesign financial processes to improve automation and efficiency

• Lead the finance subproject for the IFS Cloud upgrade, acting as the key system expert

• Enhance reporting tools and develop analytical models for better cost and profit control

• Manage integrations between key financial systems

• Create and maintain clear financial policies, procedures, and manuals

• Develop training programs to ensure team proficiency in financial tools

About You:

• You have several years of experience in financial systems or process improvement roles 

• Strong expertise in IFS (ERP), with Cloud experience being a plus

• You are proficient in financial tools
