As an innovative and forward-thinking business, they are looking to continue their Lean programme across their workforce. As Operations Manager, you will be well-versed in high-paced production processes and lean methodology.


As my clients encounter continued enhancement of their order book, the Operations Manager will review, challenge, and improve day-to-day operational activities. With experience leading teams through challenging production order peaks and the demands this brings, you will apply a positive, motivational leadership approach.

Through the workforce, you will be able to heighten awareness of best practices, evolve training programs, and positively challenge existing processes to allow lean tools and techniques to be implemented.


With full operational responsibility, the Operations Manager is tasked with enhancing site performance, driving daily, weekly and monthly KPIs agendas, and developing a continuous improvement culture throughout the site.

Reporting into the General Manager, you will be a key player in the strategic thinking for the whole organisation.


We are looking for high-calibre leaders with the following skills and experience:

  • Fluent Spanish is a must
  • Educated to Degree or equivalent level in a technical discipline
  • Certification or evidenced training in Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum)
  • Experience leading projects in a fast-paced, highly automated environment is ideal
  • Experience of leading a site(s) towards improving waste, equipment utilization, and quality
