As our Group Finance Director, Claire drives growth at EMEA Recruitment and assists with our recruitment processes. She joined EMEA Recruitment in March 2022, working closely with our Accounts & Payroll Executive, Victoria Minns.

Claire’s role covers many aspects of Finance and HR. She ensures an ethical and value-driven approach, which runs through all levels of the business.

Claire is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience. She began her career at a Top 10 Accountancy Practice and later specialised in the SME market.

She loves working with numbers and seeing the business evolve, not only financially, but also culturally. Claire enjoys working with a diverse range of people and being part of a team.

Having the opportunity to make a difference and be a valued and rewarded member of our team and ESG committee is something Claire thoroughly enjoys.

Claire is also a parent governor at an educational institution as part of the main Finance committee and governing body.

Claire’s Interests

Claire’s interests include tennis, travelling, fine dining, comedy, her two daughters, and Simba (her pet dog).

Simba is a Cavapoo, which is a mix between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle. Claire enjoys walking him around local country parks.
