EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working with a leading manufacturing business in their search to add a Senior Financial Controller to their team in the Rotterdam region.
As the Senior Financial Controller, you will lead 2 competent Accountants and report directly to the Finance Director. You will have a wider overview of finance and the business, bringing a commitment to manage and optimise financial processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Controller:
- Leading financial administration, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and tax obligations
- Strengthening internal controls and improving finance processes
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Managing financial systems and working with external providers
- Mentoring and developing finance team members
Experience required:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, or at a Big 4 firm
- You must hold an accounting qualification (RA/CA/CPA/ACCA etc.)
- Possess solid and up-to-date IFRS knowledge
- Have a thorough understanding of tax rules and regulations
- Fluent in English and a minimum professional level in Dutch
- Proficient in MS Office and Exact

To support this exciting growth, they are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to bridge the gap between engineering, design, and supply chain - ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and suppliers.
This role will be instrumental in driving cost efficiencies, managing contracts, and optimizing supplier interactions to enhance overall operational performance.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rotterdam, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping a supply chain.
The responsibilities of the Senior Supply Chain Manager will include:
- Drive supplier innovation
- Collaborating with R&D and engineering teams from product conception to manufacturing
- Develop and manage a reliable supplier portfolio to minimize risks and ensure seamless production
- Negotiate and oversee supplier contracts, including pricing, delivery terms and confidential agreements
- Optimize supplier performance by improving manufacturing processes and ensuring quality
- Lead supply chain process improvements, including automation and warehouse management
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in similar roles
- Experience in the field of semiconductor equipment
- Knowledge of Mechanics or Mechatronics is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong convincing/negotiation skills
- Fluency in English
