Supporting FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

Adapting to high-change environments with minimal structure, offering strategic and tactical input
Your profile:
5–10 years of experience in Finance roles such as FP&A, Business Analysis, or Controlling
Demonstrated strength in independent analysis, problem-solving, and commercial insight
Track record of thriving in entrepreneurial or fast-scaling environments with limited oversight
Comfortable adapting to evolving structures and responsibilities

Your profile:
Extensive HR experience (10+ years) with a strong background in partnering with corporate functions
Proven knowledge of and experience in Swiss labor law regulations and their practical application within international organizations
Strong social skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business
Speaks German/Swiss German to native level and fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
