The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing budgets and forecasts and overhead costs. They will also analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted amounts, ensuring accurate month-end accruals, and verifying intercompany recharges and revenue.

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:

• Preparing budgets and forecasts and overheads, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
• Analyzing monthly variances between actual costs and budgeted amounts, identifying discrepancies and suggesting improvements
• Managing month-end accruals and overhead business, ensuring proper documentation and reporting
• Collaborating with various teams to establish and maintain financial processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs and continuous improvement

Your profile:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, ideally within a multinational environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in Oracle NetSuite considered a plus
