EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a multinational business in their search for a HR Manager.
We are looking for a driven professional with a mix of HR managerial and Business Partnering experience in a multi-national environment to undertake the responsibility of leading business-wide initiatives and projects.
You will be part of an exciting business who are looking to enter a strong growth and transformational phase, acting as a key member to this.
Key responsibilities of the HR Manager:
Define the HR function through partnering with both local and global teams
Development of HR processes and strategies including implementation of new initiatives and optimisation of current processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with the finance department to coordinate budgeting and planning
Oversight and responsibility of the full employee lifecycle as well as driving employer branding, succession planning, talent management and cultural development
Required skills/experience:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at varying levels and geographical regions
Prior experience in improving processes and initiating change
High level knowledge of and desire to manage the full employee life cycle
Proficient in English and German in mandatory
