Key responsibilities of the Sales Director:
Develop and implement effective Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales professionals
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals
Prepare and present regular Sales performance reports to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior Sales leadership role
Strong leadership, negotiation, and social skills
