Senior Sourcing Lead Professional Services

Job Description

In collaboration with our client, we are looking for a German-speaking Senior Sourcing Lead Professional Services to join a global procurement team.

This is a strategic role within our client's Indirect team, responsible for leading sourcing activities and developing category strategies that deliver value, optimise costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Your key responsibilities as the Senior Sourcing Lead Professional Services will include:

• Plan and lead global category initiatives and develop sub-category strategies within the Professional Services category
• Within this area specifically manage spend related to Consultancy, Financial Services and BPO
• Manage supplier performance, innovation, and demand management to ensure effective service delivery
• Ensure compliance with global sourcing standards and monitor vendor management processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders

We are looking for high-calibre candidates for the Senior Sourcing Lead Professional Services role with the following qualifications and experience:

• Degree or equivalent in business administration or a related business/economics field
• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience
• Fluent in German and English
• Proven track record in delivering strategic sourcing solutions and optimising business outcomes
