Join a global FMCG industry leader at their HQ in the Greater Zurich area as the Manufacturing Process Lead where you will drive the success of the transformation and roll-out projects, playing a key part in the harmonization of the Supply Chain.Responsibilities of the Plant / Manufacturing Process Lead:
- Rollout a lean global ERP template
- Lead the 'Manufacturing' process stream throughout the program life cycle, from vision to rollout
- Production planning process ownership
- Plant logistics
- Quality Management
- Perform Fit/Gap in the roll-out countries and build/design local requirements
- Manage internal stakeholders in Supply Chain
- SAP Implementation
- Manage relationships with external service providers
- 10+ years in Manufacturing and/or Plant Management
- ERP implementation and supply chain information systems experience, ideally having worked with SAP S/4 Hana
- Master Data, Planning, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report knowledge
- Industry process knowledge and process design
- Project management
- Proactive, motivated, and performance-oriented personality
- Background in the consumer industry, preferably Food or Beverages production
