On behalf of our multi-national manufacturing client, we are seeking a Head of Procurement to be based in their Zurich offices.As a senior manager, you will operate in a strategic leadership capacity; you will deliver cost reduction and process improvement programs within the assigned business unit, through the implementation of best practices and management of Procurement activities for all BU requirements.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and developing a successful procurement and supply chain team to support all business unit needs.
You will be confident in advising strategy to senior and C-suite business leaders across functions.
As a Head of Procurement, we are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:
- Ideally 10+ years’ experience in Procurement in a similar position
- Have managed a country-level or regional team within a European supply chain previously
- Self-starter with the ability to build team structures and processes in a greenfield environment
- Fluent English
