EMEA Recruitment is proud to partner with a multi-national manufacturing organization that prides itself on product outputs and quality. Our client is looking to hire a Global Operational Excellence Manager to lead project teams, coach Lean Six Sigma, develop continuous improvement processes and offer leadership to optimize the manufacturing process. 

Responsibilities of the Global Operational Excellence Manager: 
  • Lead advanced quality improvement initiatives in Six Sigma, coaching teams and providing mentorship
  • Lead the project teams to achieve the company's targets and outputs
  • Drive strategic initiatives in the Continuous Improvement Process, mentoring others as a subject matter expert
  • Offer strategic coaching in lean manufacturing, advising and supervising others as a subject matter expert
  • Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans
  • Provide strategic insights and supervise others in advanced analytical techniques in data analysis

Candidate Requirements: 
  • Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma, providing strategic guidance and coaching others
  • Experience of improvement initiatives in Six Sigma, coaching teams and providing strategic guidance
  • Passionate about continuous improvement with an ability to communicate concepts with Senior Leadership & Stakeholders
