EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a well-known, market-leading tech multinational to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

It is therefore imperative that the candidate has experience recruiting for Senior Research and R&D positions.

This position can be based in either Zurich or Lausanne.

Responsibilities of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • Build talent pools for current and future recruitment, ensuring there is a steady flow of candidates across different parts of the business, more specifically in the area of research
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR to support the development and progress of internal talent
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Become a main advocate for the business, showcasing them as an employer of choice
  • Contribute to and lead HR projects and recruitment initiatives 
Requirements for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist: 
  • Previous experience in recruiting hard-to-fill research/R&D roles is essential
  • Proven track record in building up talent processes and driving an effective talent pool
  • Adept in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business
  • Strong analytical, talent mapping and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English
