We are seeking a driven professional with strong experience to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives in talent management, organisational design and the wider HR function

Key responsibilities of the HR Project Manager:
- Manage and implement HR projects focusing on performance and talent management, culture, Rewards and leadership development
- Plan, design, and execute employee surveys to gather actionable insights
- Support management events, leadership team workshops, and HR community information sessions to foster engagement and collaboration
- Work collaboratively across the business with multiple functions to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives and projects
Required skills and experience:
- Prior experience in HR project management
- Proven track record in planning and executing employee surveys and delivering measurable outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across diverse audiences
- Ability to adapt to various stakeholder needs and work with both blue and white-collar workforce at varying levels of seniority
- Fluent in German (mandatory), with French proficiency as an advantage
