EMEA Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-regarded multi-national business in their search for a Learning and Development Expert.

We are looking for a driven professional with multi-national experience to undertake the responsibility of leading group-wide initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally.

Key responsibilities of the Learning and Development Expert:

  • Oversee the creation, development and design of L&D Projects that encourage employee initiated learning
  • Responsible for the set up of the entire L&D portfolio
  • Lead strategy implementation while gaining feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  • Adapt training materials to ensure they are applicable to a diverse workforce
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business and within various internal functions/divisions


Required skills/experience:

  • Prior experience in Project Management within Learning and Development or HR
  • Demonstrable success in designing and implementing L&D programmes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in German (mandatory) and English; proficiency in French is desirable
