Job Description

Our client, a global industrial organization, is looking for an experienced Project Management Lead (with IFS ERP experience) to lead strategic initiatives and streamline project execution. This role involves working directly with the C-suite on company transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Management Lead:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite, supporting decision-making and ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, frameworks, and tools across the organization
  • Build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders, including department leaders and executives
  • Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and identifying risks and opportunities proactively
  • Develop high-impact presentations and reports to communicate progress and strategy at the executive level
  • Champion a culture of change, fostering digital transformation and innovation across teams
  • Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and standardize processes to improve efficiency
  • Mentor and coach project teams, enhancing their leadership and management skills

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 8+ years of experience in Project Management; MBA or Master’s is preferred
  • Strong expertise in managing cross-functional, multicultural projects across timezones
  • Proven ability to deliver results in complex, dynamic environments.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe) are an asset
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with IFS (ERP system) or Tagetik (Consolidation Tool) is a bonus
