Procurement Manager - Raw Materials

EMEA Recruitment is supporting a global organisation in the industrial sector that seeks a Procurement Manager – Raw Materials to be based in Zug, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for the strategic procurement of chemical raw materials, working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment to ensure the efficient and cost-effective supply of key inputs for the business.

As Procurement Manager – Raw Materials, you will collaborate with senior internal stakeholders at country, regional, and global levels to align procurement strategies with business objectives, ensuring supply chain resilience and optimised sourcing solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Procurement professional to take on a global role in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be agile, commercially driven, and capable of managing complex procurement projects while engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive value.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate with the following skillset and experience:

• Educated to degree or equivalent level
• Strong background in the procurement of chemical raw materials
• Experience working in a project-driven procurement environment
• Confident in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships on a global scale
• Able to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
• High level of PC literacy and familiarity with digital Procurement tools
• Fluent English is essential – other languages are beneficial
