My client, a growing food and beverage company based in Zug, is searching for an experienced External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager to join their Global Procurement team.Reporting to the Procurement Director, the External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and industry analysis to inform long-term category strategy, manage supplier relationships and track KPIs.
As External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all external manufacturing agreements across Europe, identifying business opportunities and risks, and developing negotiation strategies aligned with the company's goals.
As the External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager, we are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Ideally, 6+ years’ experience in an External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager role
- Ability to identify, understand and give priority to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers
- Previous FMCG industry experience is essential
- Fluent in English
