Your Role as the Senior Technology Consultant:

• Evaluate & Optimise: Assess the platform’s capabilities, infrastructure, and app for improvement
• Strategize for Growth: Create a roadmap for scalability, reliability, and market readiness
• Collaborate & Align: Work with product leaders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Lead Remote Teams: Mentor developers and ensure best practices for platform optimisation
• Launch Success: Oversee final development stages to ensure a seamless product launch

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and document technical specifications for live-streaming features
• Conduct code reviews and manage AWS-based deployment processes
• Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming for distributed teams.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to remote developers

Candidate Profile:

• Expertise in live-streaming technologies and scalable systems
• Technical skills in React, .NET, React Native, and AWS
• 3+ years leading remote teams with a focus on engagement and performance
• Proven ability to craft and implement strategic technical roadmaps
