The ideal candidate will be based in Zug or have the ability to travel to Zurich and Engelberg. There is also a good hybrid working policy in place.
As the Group Legal Manager, you will ensure the organization complies with legal and regulatory frameworks and provide expert guidance on commercial contracts and international negotiations.
This position will require close collaboration with senior leadership and business teams to manage cross-border legal matters effectively.

Key responsibilities of the Group Legal Manager:
Provide legal guidance on commercial matters, including tenders, contracts, and corporate structures
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while liaising with external advisors and regulatory authorities
Develop and implement compliance programs, ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support legal risk management and regulatory compliance across different jurisdictions
Your profile:
Legal degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial law, contract negotiations, and compliance within an international setting
Licensed to practice law in at least one European jurisdiction
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal regulations and provide practical, business-oriented advice
Experience with tenders in the commercial space would be beneficial
Fluent in German and English is mandatory
