Job Description
EMEA Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Manager (60-80%) with in-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimising, and implementing HR processes that align with Swiss regulations.
You will manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance, ensuring best practices across the organisation.
This is a brand new role and will involved building up the Swiss office, Ideally you will have worked in small start up companies and able to adapt to change quickly.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Develop and refine HR processes and policies in compliance with Swiss labour law
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Advise on employment contracts, compensation, and benefits
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with all labour regulations and HR standards
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Swiss labour law
- Proven experience (approx. 10 years) in HR process creation and management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluency in German and English
