Project Manager - Exclusive

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a client in the engineering industry to find a skilled Project Manager (PMP certified). A strong engineering background is necessary to lead and deliver complex projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, clear communication, and creative problem-solving skills. A proven ability to guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an engineering environment is also sought. 

This is a brand new role, working closely with the CEO of the organisation in a dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
• Collaborate with teams to align project objectives with technical requirements
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with project standards
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

• PMP certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in project management within an engineering or technical environment
• Knowledge of IFS ERP
• English speaking
