Global Sustainability Reporting Manager

Job Description

Our client is a leading medical devices company dedicated to improving sustainability and global CSR activities. The Global Sustainability Reporting Manager will be responsible for coordinating the annual corporate sustainability reporting exercise across all of our client's locations.

Key responsibilities of the Global Sustainability Reporting Manager:
  • Lead the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives across the organisation
  • Manage multiple ESG projects, ensuring they align with the overall corporate strategy and objectives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive ESG reporting, including sustainability reports, disclosures, and communications
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
  • Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of sustainability leadership
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including investors, customers and regulatory bodies, to communicate ESG performance and initiatives
  • Conduct internal training and awareness programs to promote ESG understanding and engagement among employees
  • Prepare detailed ESG reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in ESG management, sustainability, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in managing multiple ESG projects and initiatives
