Head of Group Consolidation & Reporting

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to lead consolidation and reporting processes at a global organization.

This Head of Group Consolidation & reporting role is integral to ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the consolidation of financial statements

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and lead external audits

• Develop internal controls and manage global reporting systems

• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions

• Lead projects to improve reporting efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)

• 5+ years in financial consolidation and reporting, with leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, CCH Tagetik, and ERP systems (e.g., IFS)

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
