Key Responsibilities of the Senior Controller:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
• Reporting & Compliance: Serve as the final authority on financial reporting and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive the budgeting process, providing insightful analysis and forecasts
• SAP Management: Oversee the implementation and management of SAP financial systems
• Strategic Decision-Making: Act as a financial gatekeeper, making informed decisions that impact sales and business strategy

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, with a strong background in reporting, compliance, and team leadership
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP, budgeting, and financial analysis. Experience in a Group-level finance role is highly desirable
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a finance team, with a track record of driving business results
