Head of Tax

Job Description

Join our client's dynamic and growing scale-up as the Head of Tax. Our client is undergoing a large restructuring programme, transforming them into the next growth phase. 

Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Tax:

• Oversee all tax matters for the group, including direct, indirect, TP, and national taxes
• Manage and lead the tax team
• Ensure compliance with German and Swiss tax regulations
• Oversee tax risk and support various group projects
• Set up tax structures for their international operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong corporate tax knowledge
• Ideally trained at a Big 4 firm with additional industry experience
• ExpertSuisse or Steuerberater qualification
• Expertise in IFRS and Swiss OR
• Extensive experience with German and Swiss tax
• Fluent in German
• Proven track record of setting up tax structures in an international company
