Our client, a global manufacturing company, is creating a new Controller role to strengthen their finance team - it's an exciting time to join as they embark on a journey to enhance profitability and margin transparency.

Your responsibilities as the Senior Controller:

• Lead inventory evaluation and costing processes across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate product costing and alignment with manufacturing operations
• Develop and implement frameworks for end-to-end margin and profitability analysis, driving better commercial and operational decisions
• Partner closely with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to understand and analyze key drivers of profitability
• Support senior leadership with actionable insights, business cases, and scenario analysis
• Coordinate and challenge budgets and forecasts related to manufacturing, inventory, and margins

Candidate profile:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Around 5 years of experience in a Controlling role, specifically within manufacturing environments 
• Solid understanding of profitability and margin analysis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across multiple sites and functions
• Comfortable working in a changeable, complex environment; hands-on and solution-driven mindset
