Our client is a rapidly growing international investment company.They are currently seeking an Accountant to join their global headquarters in Zug.
Key responsibilities as the Accountant will include:
- Perform day-to-day Accounting activities
- Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes in line with local GAAP and IFRS
- Support preparation of financial statements, reports and summaries
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of payments in banking systems
- Ensure tax and financial compliance
- Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Assist in the audit process
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Well-organized, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and German is required.
- Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week
