EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working on a unique opportunity for a Corporate Controller to lead the financial activities of holding entities in Switzerland.

This mid-to-senior-level role requires expertise in corporate controlling, financial reporting, accounting and tax.

As the Corporate Controller, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial integrity and optimizing processes whilst contributing to the company’s long-term financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting and Reporting, using Swiss GAAP and US GAAP
• Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure alignment with local regulations
• Lead financial planning processes
• Align reporting with Swiss-specific tax regulations to ensure transparency in taxable income declarations.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in corporate controlling or group accounting
• Swiss GAAP, US GAAP
• Swiss Tax
• Ability to manage complex intercompany transaction, good technical knowledge and a strategic thinker
