EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global leader in the flexible workspace industry to recruit a Technical Accounting and External Reporting Lead. Our client is undergoing exciting transformations and seeks a dynamic leader to drive their financial reporting function.

The Role:

• Lead external financial reporting and technical accounting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and UK/US listing requirements
• Oversee the transition to US GAAP and potential SEC reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, MD&A, and disclosures
• ???????Develop and implement reporting systems for US GAAP adoption
• Lead external audit interactions and financial reporting governance

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• ???????8+ years in accounting, including Big 4 or publicly traded company experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and SEC reporting
