EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a leading telecommunication company to recruit a Senior Business Controller based in Utrecht, Netherlands.

In this role, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, and control for key business areas. As a strategic advisor to management, you will play a crucial role in refining and enhancing financial processes to drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Business Controller:

• Lead monthly financial closing processes and reporting for major accounts
• Analyze financial performance in detail and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and forecasting to ensure sound financial oversight
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level finance professionals
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition and cost allocation

We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SAP and familiarity with financial reporting systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• A proactive, results-driven approach with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
