Are you a recent Finance or Accountancy graduate or a candidate with 1-2 years of finance intern or administrative experience?

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a six-month contract. In this role, you will support financial operations by managing invoicing, bank transactions, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

This position offers valuable exposure to financial processes and the opportunity to work with experienced professionals who will provide guidance and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator: 

  • Process personnel expenses and daily invoices 
  • Record and reconcile daily bank transactions in ERP systems 
  • Assist with VAT declarations and statistical reporting
  • Support global financial reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions, adhering to internal control principles


Candidate Profile: 

  • Minimum MBO qualification in Finance or Administration
  • Experience in a similar finance or administrative role
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP Business One experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Fluency in English
