Financial Controller - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a well-established e-commerce business to recruit a Financial Controller. This role will oversee all accounting operations and ERP implementation projects in a fast-paced, growing environment. 

Ideal for a proactive, self-driven finance professional with strong technical skills and social abilities, this position offers the chance to work on transformation initiatives. 
 
Hybrid working is available for this position.
 
The main duties of the Financial Controller are: 

• Support the CFO on all local and European accounting
• Work on ERP implementation projects 
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and optimise finance processes between each division
• Take on ad-hoc finance requests and indirectly manage the administration team

The skills required for the Financial Controller are: 

•  Bachelor’s in Finance/Controlling or related degree
• 5 years of experience in finance controlling and/or accounting
• Experience with Exact is a big plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong stakeholder management skills
