Project Manager (Production) - Exclusive

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with an international design business as they look to recruit a Project Manager for their site in Mijdrecht, Netherlands. 

The business develops innovative Point Of Sale displays for some of the world’s biggest brands. The Project Manager will be responsible for the project management process from design through to production.

Responsibilities of Project Manager:
  • Ensuring projects are managed efficiently and accurately and are reportable in real-time
  • Reviewing designs, ensuring they are of a high standard
  • Briefing and overseeing the internal production site in Poland, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensuring projects are fully compliant with relevant legislation
  • Identifying, managing and mitigating risks
  • Managing stakeholders across the business
  • Outsourcing prototypes and production when the internal site is busy

Experience required:
  • Experience in project managing the production of permanent POS displays
  • Ability to interpret and scrutinise engineering drawings
  • Experience monitoring and controlling budgets
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • A can-do attitude, proactive and an innovative mindset
